Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in compliance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 20 March 2020 introducing measures concerning the holding of meetings in companies, the General Meeting will not be held physically at the registered office located at 4, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange. Any member who has registered for the General Meeting will have the possibility of attending the General Meeting informally by audioconference or another means of telecommunication chosen by the Bank. |
