The members of Banque Raiffeisen are summoned to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 16 May 2024 at 5 p.m at:

Any member wishing to participate (i.e. vote) in the Meeting must register at least five days prior to the date of the Meeting and no later than midnight (Luxembourg time) on 11 May 2024:
