Participation at the Ordinary General Meeting

Members of Banque Raiffeisen S.C. (the "Bank") are invited to attend the General Meeting to be held on 25 June 2020 at 10 a.m.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in compliance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 20 March 2020 introducing measures concerning the holding of meetings in companies, the General Meeting will not be held physically. 

Any member wishing to participate (i.e. vote) in the General Meeting must register at least five days before the date of the General Meeting.

This can be done either

• by sending an email to secretariat.general@raiffeisen.lu or
• by filling in the form below

Any member who has registered for the General Meeting will be able to attend the meeting remotely by audioconference or another means of telecommunication chosen by the Bank.
