Before starting to fill out your online application to open an account, please make sure that you meet the following criteria:

  • you are aged 18 or over

  • you have a valid identity document (ID card or passport)

  • you have a link with Luxembourg (living or working in Luxembourg)

  • you have an account with a bank in Luxembourg or with a bank in your country of residence. Online banks are excluded. (In order to authenticate you, we ask you to transfer EUR 100 from this account. This amount will be credited to you upon activation of your account.)

  • you will use this account for private purposes
