Monthly repayments

Amount paid each month to repay a loan. A monthly payment consists partly of repayment of capital and partly of interest expenses.

Debt ratio

The debt ratio is the ratio of expenses to income. As a general rule, we recommend limiting the refund amount to one-third of your monthly income.
