At Banque Raiffeisen, we are committed to making our online services accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their needs, circumstances or abilities.
Our goal is to ensure an inclusive, simple and independent digital experience for everyone.
We base our approach on the European Accessibility Act (EAA, European Directive 2019/882) and its transposition into national law by the Luxembourg law of 8 March 2023 on accessibility requirements for products and services, which guide the design and development of our platforms.
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility means making websites and applications usable by all people, including those with disabilities. This includes, for example, users who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or have mobility or cognitive limitations, and who use assistive technologies or adapted equipment to navigate the web.
Compliance status
Aware of the challenges associated with accessibility, we have embarked on a process of continuous improvement. This process includes technical analysis of our media, raising awareness among our teams, and the gradual integration of best practices into our development processes.
